Layanan
Masrudipoint menyediakan layanan penjualan foto digital. Setiap pembelian memberikan hak penggunaan foto
sesuai lisensi yang berlaku.
Lisensi Penggunaan Foto
Foto yang dibeli boleh digunakan untuk keperluan komersial maupun non-komersial.
Hak cipta tetap dimiliki oleh Masrudipoint. Pembeli hanya memperoleh lisensi penggunaan (copy) dan tidak
diperbolehkan mengklaim sebagai pemilik karya asli.
Dilarang menjual kembali, mendistribusikan ulang, atau memberikan foto kepada pihak ketiga tanpa izin
tertulis dari Masrudipoint.
Pembayaran
Metode pembayaran yang diterima: GoPay dan QRIS.
Transaksi dianggap sah setelah pembayaran berhasil diverifikasi.
Kebijakan Refund
Setelah pembelian berhasil, tidak ada refund langsung.
Jika terdapat masalah (misalnya file rusak, gagal diunduh, atau kesalahan teknis), pembeli dapat
menghubungi admin untuk penggantian file atau proses refund.
Batas Tanggung Jawab
Masrudipoint tidak bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan foto oleh pembeli yang melanggar hukum, norma, atau
hak pihak ketiga.
Segala risiko penggunaan foto sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab pembeli.
Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat dan ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Services
Masrudipoint provides digital photo sales services. Each purchase grants the right to use the photo
according to the applicable license.
Photo Usage License
Purchased photos may be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Copyright remains with Masrudipoint. Buyers only obtain a usage license (copy) and are not allowed to
claim ownership of the original work.
Reselling, redistributing, or giving the photo to third parties without written permission from
Masrudipoint is prohibited.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: GoPay and QRIS.
A transaction is considered valid once payment has been successfully verified.
Refund Policy
Once a purchase is successful, no direct refunds are available.
If there are issues (such as corrupted files, failed downloads, or technical errors), buyers may contact
admin for file replacement or refund processing.
Limitation of Liability
Masrudipoint is not responsible for any use of photos by buyers that violates laws, norms, or the rights
of third parties.
All risks of photo usage are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted under the laws of Indonesia.
